  • Inspection of property to assess rental value and compliance with health and safety regulations
  • Advertising and inclusion on the mailing list
  • Matching suitable tenants to the property
  • Conducting all accompanied viewings
  • Credit checking applicants and referencing
  • Preparation of the Tenancy Agreement
  • Preparation of a detailed inventory if required
  • Collection and holding of the deposit payable by the Tenant against breach of contract
  • Collection of the first month's rent payment

Charges

Arrangement fee: £200 or 50% of first months rent (whichever is greater)
Advertising: £15 per insertion
Preparation of Inventory £50 (optional)
