• Your property will benefit from accurate and well presented sales particulars in full colour, copies of which will be sent to you for approbal and any ammendments you may require will be actioned. Good quality details are vital in order to give potential purchasers a good first impression of your property.
• In addition to this there will be a window card displayed in the office window and your property will benefit from one of our prominent 'For Sale' boards.
• Your property will be featured on our website within 24 hours of your instruction where it can be accessed 7 days a week 365 days a year. Internal photographs also can be featured.
• All suitable applications on our mailing list will be contacted by telephone once your instructions are received. This is then followed up by particulars being mailed as soon as they are ready which can be within a couple of hours with our digital camera.
• All appointments to view will be made with as much notice as possible. If vacant, it would be appreciated if we were able to have a key. It is our policy to accompany ALL viewings.
• All applicants will be thoroughly vetted to determine their position and status.
• Feedback after viewings is essential. We will endeavour to update you with any information as soon as possible - usually within 48 hours.
