We are currently offering a ‘no let – no fee’ package. If a suitable tenant is not found for your property in a reasonable time and you cancel your instruction, no charges will be made.
This website describes some examples of the services we have to offer, ranging from a fully managed service to simply finding a tenant. If the option that suits you is not catered for, please speak to us – we will almost certainly be able to accommodate your specific requirements. |
